Implementation Charter

Implementation Charter refers to a structured and well-defined process for the deployment of projects, systems, or policies within an organization. This approach ensures that all aspects of implementation are meticulously planned, executed, and monitored to achieve desired outcomes. The process typically involves several key steps, starting with the initiation phase where objectives are clearly defined and stakeholders are identified.

In the planning phase, detailed plans are created, outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and budget. Risk assessment and mitigation strategies are also developed during this stage. This is followed by the execution phase, where the actual implementation takes place. Activities are coordinated, resources are allocated, and progress is monitored against the plan.

The Design Stage focuses on optimizing your business processes through a tailored ERP solution. We map business processes to ERP functionalities, configure ERP modules, and customize solutions to fit specific needs, resulting in a configured ERP system ready for testing.

During the Construct Stage, we develop necessary custom components and integrations. Our team performs code customizations and unit testing to deliver a fully functional ERP system with custom features.

In the Implement Stage - Testing Phase, we ensure the ERP system meets all specified requirements and is bug-free. This involves conducting various tests, including functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), leading to a tested and validated ERP system.

The Implement Stage - Deployment Phase involves seamlessly deploying the ERP solution across client locations. We migrate data, go live with the system, and provide support to achieve an operational ERP system.
