In PwC, Shayan undertook multiple roles including SME (Power Sector), Systems Integration (ERP implementation), Power Sector IT Consulting, IT Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Project Management and Quality Initiatives. In Satyam Computer Services, he was GM in Energy & Utilities vertical. His key responsibilities included forming strategic alliances with leading Power Sector IT Solution vendors and developing domain competencies in the utilities vertical. In IBM India, he primarily worked in the Oracle service line in charge of account management across clients in multiple sectors and pre-sales activities supporting go-to-market teams across various geographies. His responsibilities included converting opportunities to wins by crafting competitive proposals with the help of a team of consultants.
